How is InxSuite priced?

Like most modern business software, you pay per user per month for your plan, plus a monthly fee for each InxSuite app you use (per company, counter, property, or employee). Database upgrades are optional. Implementation and customization are one-time costs. Use the calculator on this page to see your exact total.

Can InxSuite be customized to our business?

Yes. We customize the software to your business requirements — documents, approvals, reports, fields, and integrations — so you do not have to change how your business works to fit the software. Customization is billed at the hourly rate shown in the calculator, with a written estimate before work starts.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with sample data, so your team can try real workflows before you decide.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is discounted compared with paying monthly; switch the toggle to “Annual” to see the discounted prices.

Are taxes included?

Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. For Indian customers the calculator shows GST separately.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. Quick start imports masters such as items, customers, vendors, and opening balances from Excel. The Premium implementation pack includes migration from your old software.

Can we change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
