AI chat assistant

The “Talk to us” assistant on this website answers questions using an AI model that we run on our own infrastructure. Your messages are not sent to third-party AI providers.

• Chat messages are stored so the assistant can follow the conversation and so we can review enquiries. They are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
• Enquiries — if you choose “Submit enquiry” and give consent, we store the details you provide (such as name, company, email, phone, requirements, budget, and timeline) with a summary of the conversation, and email them to our team so we can respond.
• We store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent abuse. Your browser keeps the conversation only for the current session.
• Please don’t share passwords, payment card details, or government ID numbers in the chat; the assistant masks card and ID numbers it detects.
• AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Prices, timelines, and commitments are confirmed only by our team.
