Scope
This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for software licenses, subscriptions, and professional services sold by Intixus Technologies. Your signed statement of work, order form, or license agreement takes precedence where it differs from this page.
Professional services
Fees for discovery, implementation, customization, and support are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless your contract states otherwise. If a project is paused or cancelled, we invoice only for work completed and approved milestones per the agreement.
Software licenses & subscriptions
- Annual or term licenses – Refunds, if any, are limited to the period defined in your order (for example, a short evaluation window). Renewals are billed according to the renewal notice in your agreement.
- Hosted (SaaS) subscriptions – You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. We do not provide retroactive refunds for partial months unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Please contact ceo@intixus.com before initiating a chargeback so we can review your account in good faith.
